Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges are only eligible in the case of damaged or faulty products. The products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Items Not Eligible for Return:
customized products, final sale items, personal care items, safety equipment.

3. Return Method
To initiate a return:

- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Do not send items back without an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), USAJacketsco.com will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label.
- Buyer’s Remorse/Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded.
