We use lambskin hides as a primary source for our Leather jackets. Lambskin is preferred due to its soft, natural, and skin-friendly characteristics, making leather apparel comfortable and easily wearable.
TRIMMING AND TANNING
Our experts Trim and Dry each hide based on the required sizes. Here we use special equipment to remove unwanted fragments like fat, hair, and protein, Then the hides go through a rigorous tanning process to ensure the elimination of all impurities
CLEANING AND DRYING
After the tanning process, the hides are washed thoroughly before they are sent to dry. Once dried, they are polished and furnished to make them into usable garments.
STITCHING
This is the stage where the designing, cutting, and assembling take place. The Jacket is first designed and then crafted by skilled professionals using tools and machinery to create a finished jacket according to the assigned size and color.
CUTTING AND ASSEMBLING
Our experts collect the tanned pieces and cut them according to the desired size and pattern. Features such as zippers, studs, and fancy ornaments are attached depending on the style. We aim to create a long-lasting jacket that can be worn for many years without losing charm.
INNER LINING MATERIAL
Our jackets are not only for style, but you will also feel comfortable while wearing them. Because we stitch soft and skin-friendly viscose lining inside to give you a comfortable experience.
INSPECTION

QUALITY CHECK AND PACKING
